Left UP to start JTPT and return to working with clients full-time again

The year I helped you complete your life-changing transformation?

If you feel like we could be a good fit for working together, I'd love to hear from you via my contact form here.

My personal training principles

I have a few guiding principles to help keep me focused on the right things when working with clients.

Educate to empower

My ultimate goal when working with a client is to put myself out of a job.

I want to teach you everything you need to know to:

  1. Get in shape, and then

  2. Maintain your results with minimal effort

Yes, I have long-term clients who enjoy training with me, but you shouldn't feel like you need to train with me forever.

Because of this, I only work with clients who have an open, growth mindset and are ready to make changes to their lifestyles.

These don't have to be HUGE changes.

Sometimes, that's not realistic, and you're better off taking baby steps rather than trying to sprint.

I just want to see that you're taking it seriously and trying your best to follow any plan that we agree on.

Remember that a PT's job doesn't finish when the hour is up

As my client, I want you to feel like I’ve got your back 24/7, not just for three hours a week.

Sure, I can get you all fired up in a session and motivated to be really good for the rest of the week.

But you're going to face challenges in between our sessions that make it difficult to stick to your good intentions.

That's why I maintain an open line of communication with all my clients.

There's a limit to how many people I can support, which is why I have a firm cap on the number of clients I work with at any one time.

And that you must eat your own cooking

I always strive to set a good example and be a health and fitness role model for my clients.

This doesn't mean pretending to be perfect ALL the time.

It's actually the opposite - I want to use my exercise, diet and lifestyle to show you that it's possible to get and stay in shape without a crazy, all-or-nothing style approach.
